Product description

Tussah Khicha or Tussar Khicha is predominantly a wild cultivated yarn handspun from the Tussar moth cocoons, usually without any twist. Khicha is the degummed version of Ghicha

This yarn is super light and a very fine yarn, essentially known for its roughness and indigenous feel. The yarn being uneven gives a textured contrast to any of your craft and textile projects, especially weaving.

Tussah Khicha presents a very earthy vibe, therefore giving a new leash of life to any textile design.

Fabrics made of Khicha have a very distinctive look and can be recognized easily. It is the perfect yarn for a high end lifestyle.

Since the yarn is handmade there may be joints throughout the yarn, as well as varied thickness and texture. It can be plied for usage in knitting or crocheting

It is ideal for weaving, carpets, knitting, crocheting, jewellery and other textile projects.

Can be dyed very easily or used as is.

Note: Color may differ slightly from photos due to different monitor settings.
